As I was rummaging through my clutter and thinking I need my life management system and as I was simultaneously thinking I need to keep acting, I picked up the book that is part of our book club series.

Click here to view the book list.

The book I picked up was Book 4: Business Model Generation by Alexander Osterwalder is for those ready to abandon outmoded thinking and embraced new, innovative models of value creation: executives, consultants, entrepreneurs- and leaders of all organizations.

$34.95 or $18.68 online (wow)

As I was breezing through the book, an idea came upon me and I said, "I need to implement this". How will I motivate myself and others to act? Hence entering SESA Bootcamp- Level 2 of 21 days.

This book is such a SESA book.
1.) It cites using architectural principles to design a business plan.
2.) It has visual examples to keep you interested!
3.) It uses a one page blueprint model. Yes! Simple.

However, all this doesn't come to mind without some focus, determination and implementation. So for the next 21 days we will go through each section. Funny there is 21 items. Broken down in 5 sections. It just happens to fit within out 5 Session Vision Board Workshop.

This will be a combination of self directed as well as scheduled working sessions, and scheduled debriefing sessions.  If you like to go ahead at a faster pace, you may. If you would like a slower pace you can as well. This will be the baseline pace for the next 21 days. At the end of level 2 of 21 days we will have a good idea how to implement the Business Generation Models.

For the next 21 days I will provide cliff notes on each section. and schedule working sessions and debriefing sessions as needed. It will incorporate SESAthons and Vision boarding... We might schedule a SESA retreat!
