p56-p57 - They cover the concept of unbundling.
There are three fundamentally different types of businesses:
1.) Customer Relationships
2.) Product Innovation Businesses
3.) Infrastructure Businesses

Each type has different economic, competitive, and cultural imperatives.

The three types may co-exist within a single corporation, but ideally they are "unbundled" into separate entities in order to avoid conflicts or undesirable trade-offs.

p58-p59 Shows a visual and chart of how unbundling is done.

p60-p61 Gives an example of how the Private Banking intertwine three businesses in One.

p62-p63 Gives an example of mobile telecommunication how they started to unbundle their businesses.
